What is the book about?
Why stay Catholic in a world full of doubts and alternatives? For Aarynn Bosshart, the answer came through wrestling with questions, walking through suffering, and ultimately rediscovering the depth of the faith she had known since childhood.
Born and baptized into the Catholic Church, Aarynn spent many of her high school, college, and young adult years deeply involved in Protestant ministries while still attending Mass on Sundays. Restless and tempted to leave the Catholic Church behind, her search led her not out, but deeper in—into a vibrant encounter with the truth, beauty, and joy of Catholicism.
Why I Stayed Catholic weaves together heartfelt personal stories and accessible apologetics to invite both practicing and lapsed Catholics to awaken to the richness of their spiritual inheritance. This book strengthens the Church from within, restores hope to those who have left, and opens a window of understanding to Christians of other denominations.
